Our current production capacity is 6000 Pcs per day and turnover is around U.S.$10 Millions,The planned objectives and policies have naturally taken us towards fulfilling the ISO 9002 guidelines and our company certified with ISO 9002 certificates.

The fabrics ranges 100% Cotton, Viscose, Lycra mixed fabrics and various Blend materials in accordance with summer and winter seasons. Kishore Garments is well equipped with imported machineries and latest skills of designing in the garments to satisfy the aspiration of the our buyers and customers for present and future trends in designing at affordable cost with high quality of contents of the Knitting Division, Embroidery Division and Garment Production Division etc.,

Stitching Units...

Our Stitching unit consists of Total 250 Sweing machines avilabe for Flat lock, over lock, Bind, Gathering. Power singers, Lace works Button hole machines, Press Button Machines, Smocking Machine, Rib Cutting Machine, Net Folding Machine. We use the most modern and single needled machines which produce in large volume. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality.

Cutting Units...

Our in-built laboratory develops innovative designs and styles with the help of CAD systems.The design department is equipped with Lactra pattern making machines,Grading and Digitizing machines and Spreaders. We have a contemporary design studio wherein the latest trends and techniques are deployed for garment design. The studio comes equipped with the most upto date software that facilitates pattern making, 3D imaging, graphics, draping, etc.

Checking Units...

The finished garment is then subject to a through check by skilled supervisors, even the smallest defect is not overlooked. Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. We have modern Trimmer Machines. The manufactured garments are checked by our skilled workers. They make sure the quality of the garments is satisfactory and meets the international standards. Technologically advanced machinery from Europe and Asia operated by experienced personnel guarantees a consistently high standard of production.

Ironing Units...

We depend on modern methods for ironing. We use adjustable flat horizontal tables and modern steam pressing boxes for ironing garments. Vaccum sucking machines are used to take away the excess moisture in the garment due to Steam Ironing. It consists of flat horizontal tables, modern steam pressing boxes and vacuum sucking machines.

Inspection Section...

Packaging Units...

The packaging unit takes care of the packing process. Here garments are neatly packed with utmost care. Once the packaging is done, the garments are sorted out for shipping. We are equipped with high-tech Polybag manufacturing unit with a production capacity of 1200kgs/day. We have a fully equipped carton box manufacturing unit to ensure quality packing. Our production capacity is about 1600kgs/day.

Knitting Division...

The unit can turn out cotton and blended fabrics like jersey, fleece ribs, piques, herringbone, engineering stripes, interlocks, jacquards, and special edged collars. the knitting machines have lycra attachment also the stitching unit is equipped of latest origin computerised embriodery machine and finishing equipements.
